Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Graduating from St. George’s University, Adam has worked in both private practice and the NHS where he is the Clinical Lead of a department,  overseeing the training of Physiotherapists.

Adam specialises in knee and shoulder injuries – treating rotator cuff injuries and rehab post shoulder surgery including accelerated cuff repair rehab. He works closely with ACL specialist surgeons, and has years of experience working with pre and post-op clients. He is also an experienced acupuncturist registered with the AACP.

Adam is heavily involved with semi-professional cycling clubs and is specialised in bike fits. He has worked closely with a number of Rugby teams, being a Team Lead for Bishops Stortford. 

Caitlin McHattie

Specialised Physiotherapist
BSc (Hons). Physiotherapy HCPC, MCSP
Originally from Australia, Caitlin completed her bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. Prior to moving to London, Caitlin worked in a busy private practice treating a very wide variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. She also worked as the head physiotherapist for the local football team. Caitlin is also qualified in dry needling.

Caitlin’s areas of interest include:

  • Management of Tendon pathology / over-use injuries

  • Sports injuries

  • Pre and Post operative rehabilitation

Caitlin strongly believes that knowledge is power and is passionate about working with people to help them achieve their best outcome and return to do the things they love.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys an active lifestyle, travelling, spending time with friends and is a big foodie!
