Meet the Team

Meet our highly experienced specialists!

Our team of qualified and experienced professionals have been helping patients in Highams Park, Chingford, Walthamstow and surrounding areas regain their health, strength and wellness since 2015. We have always believed that our clients should be given the best care possible. Whether that is a great massage or whether that is an excellent rehab session to get them back to their full potential. We are all about providing our patients with the bespoke care they need and deserve. It was due to this passion and drive that E4 Physio was born. Many of our team have worked within the NHS, semi-professional sport and are associated with rugby, football and cycling clubs. We have a keen interest in a variety of sports and activities and many of our specialists are athletes themselves. Progress and results are what drive and motivate us. We pride ourselves on being a clear and honest company. We won't see you longer than we need, and we will always advise based on the current scientifically validated, evidence-based treatments. We work closely with our local and London based orthopaedic consultants to help you get the answers you're looking for and maintain a close working relationship with them throughout your care.
